GOALS
Implement Programs
Our primary goals have been broken down into three significant areas of focus. First are our programs. IMPACT strongly believes in using effective combinations of education and job placement. Each location will have housing and educational facilities built together at the integrated base for employment. As we build more and more opportunities, each of them will be located on the actual site of the industry selected for employment.
Our programs provide an abundance of resources to ensure each participant retains specific guidance addressing their individual needs.
From day one a technology package is provided to link the participant to a new world ahead. We have chosen Apple products to run our own custom built ISO application. This will open all doors of learning, support, and accountability.
The impact of our methods will log evidence-based proof in the behavior modification many participants need to meet their amazing potential.
Build Network
The second component is our developing network. We seek to build relationships all across the United States. There are so many outstanding people in our communities who understand that our causes are critical to a better society and the future of our public landscape.
Many agree that what is in place to combat recidivism is not meeting the need. Our culture today is deeply divided on how to approach so many challenges. A large body of caring contributors lose faith through all the bureaucracy entrenched in our outdated existing structure. Great frustration exists in the lack of funding allocated, the limited education, critically needed reform, and transparency that challenges recidivism.
Our network seeks to develop relationships with all organizations and individuals who support our IMPACT vision. Action must be taken to address this critical space. Our society contains the strength to address this challenge through private resources and human capital. What is in place does not work. We, together, are powerful.

Live & Learn Campus
Our envisioned campus: Imagine a safe place for the must robust educators, technology implementations, and world class support systems to meet a challenging call to help mankind.
We are currently designing a 4,000-person campus where men and women can rebuild their lives while becoming stable, productive, and independent members of our community.
Texas houses the largest prison population. The state jails and criminal justice system is provenly overwhelmed with no type of effective solution in sight. This project is the first of its kind in the country. A partnership seeks to take the boldest steps ever to face this challenge.
Many details will be provided in the coming months of 2023. This campus will house all participants and offer a wide selection of in-depth education, vocation and life skills training, as well as work force opportunities. We believe we can make an enormous difference by deterring the criminal mindset of those who have made bad decisions and lack structure and guidance in their lives.
IMPACT seeks to use its growing network of human capital to forge this opportunity. By providing a true resource for change, the IMPACT campus would promote restorative justice to those who have recently committed their first felony or those who have repeatedly placed themselves in incarceration. There is no value in crime and poor choices stem from a wide range of elements we will address. We adamantly believe people have the ability to change. It requires guidance, support, and the determination to do so.
With the first campus in Texas, we seek to demonstrate a foundation for California and Florida which contain the second and third largest prison populations. Additional locations can address the remaining body throughout the US.
Men and Women who struggle with mental health, addiction, and violence, must find their compass in life through resources and learning to do the right thing, we can and will reshape the safety and posture of all our local communities.
