General Overview
The IMPACT programs are formulated to combine education and support while being employed in real time, simultaneously. This offers a true earn while you learn opportunity.
Previously convicted felons struggle in so many ways. In many situations, a person has an experience with negative issues in their surroundings, then through poor decision making, they compound their challenges with felony conduct.
A felony conviction is a serious life altering matter that will follow you throughout your life.
IMPACT seeks to break all barriers behind anyone’s challenges lingering from a felony conviction. Regardless of your past, you can forever change today!
While reviewing all the studies available pertaining to recidivism, many cases stem solely from mental health and serious addiction. Mental health is the center of positive or negative behavior. Most bad choices can stem from negative behavior. Mental health originates from your mental diet. Your intake becomes your output in your thought processes. Your overall knowledge is comprised from your mental health storage system. These are the key areas of our focus for change.
We incorporate effective positive change by combining the tools and skills of success with direct job placement.
Instead of an ordinary classroom attempting to be inspired primarily by hope, followed by a possible perception of a gloomy reality at times, and the struggle for job placement, we meet this challenge with action for positive placement in our program.
We use industries that are essential services to train and employ these men and women. A great job alone changes so many more perspectives and mentalities. By giving a participant confidence and gratification, along with strong self-esteem, this is game changing to our participants.
Our structure is a commonsense approach to provide direction and guidance many have never had access to. In addition to this transformative program, we enroll each member into our lifepledge.org portal. This allows all IMPACT participants to stay connected to us, and always have access to our growing resources, for a lifetime.
We will always be there in real time, 24/7 to embrace anyone’s needs. Fighting addiction and mental health can be a lifelong challenge, that requires constant support. We have a lifelong commitment to all we serve. Any service or support will always remain accessible after any program completion. Please see lifepledge.org.
For all who choose to change their life and their surroundings, we seek to empower them through IMPACT.
PROGRAMS
Oilfield Driver Pilot Program
Our company seeks to successfully launch an opportunity for up to 240 oilfield truck drivers isolated in a special division which will only be offered to previously convicted felons. The program will continually train participants in revolving cycles. We understand that Windham schools and Lee College offer CDL driver courses to provide inmates in TDCJ the training to obtain their licenses.
Some men incarcerated enter the system with prior CDL driving experience and renew their license to utilize their skill if their custody level allows. No matter what your experience may be, we will get you ready to go. IMPACT has designed a classroom using state of the art simulator training with industry-leading equipment. Participants will receive broad training in both classroom and hands on use of equipment at a comfortable pace to establish a safe experience for all students.
After each student is licensed, we move to develop further their training with specific equipment used in their job placement activities.
We would provide a scalable program to extensively monitor and offer a driver opportunity to those with recent release desiring to work hard and live as productive citizens in a healthy manner, in order to succeed in positive re-entry into society.
This program offers housing, life skills training, mentorship through a “hands-on chance”, and specialized oilfield services training. Together, this can give a prior offender a skilled trade to respectfully earn an honest lawful living. The prior incarcerated usually face a wide range of challenges that can be overcome with the opportunity, structure, support, and their individual desire to do so. Our community environment in this program has been completely designed by an inmate who has walked in both worlds. This privately funded program is thoroughly structured to use modern tracking of a participants every move. Accountability is unavoidable.
INTRODUCING... THE PHASES
This program is divided into three phases of growth. Each phase provides different elements of education and guidance and responsibility. Participants will be evaluated for their independent needs of focus. It is critical for a successful result, to address existing challenges each participant may struggle with differently, there are many different applications for this format.
Once the participant’s Action Plan has been structured to meet their needs, many new doors begin to open. IMPACT will supply a Technology Package to each person allowing up to date training and life management actively in today’s world, in real time. An advanced iPhone and Apple watch will be provided to every participant.
The Action Plan will interact on these devices, connecting all resources at your fingertips. E-Schedules address all mandated expectations of class criteria and progress in your set goals.
Managing finances and personal activities, such as your personal credit, will be heavily focused upon. Our goal is to build, no matter where you start from, each participant is to become successfully independent. All participants will be able to master their self-improvement and stand strong on their own foundation. Phase One immediately outlines all opportunities available as you work towards Phase Three. The foundation of a home purchase for every participant is defined on day one. Each stair-stepping goal works to position that ability.
A critical development component is the opportunity to earn while you learn. So many programs or instructional guides look dynamic on the surface, but when people try to apply the lessons, they are unable or struggle to locate the resources that are essential. This is what breaks most programs down. IMPACT combines these needs seamlessly.
Each phase will provide a four-day work schedule and a rotating four day educational schedule. Phase One limits your free time. Phase Two opens and shifts your schedule. Phase Three requires the highest amount of self-motivation that will demonstrate your use of the knowledge and tools we have provided. Participants will stay busy and will have to master time management
What To Expect In Each Phase
Phase One:
By transitioning to a place participants can relate to, we use a “Trustee Camp” type of housing area. This brand-new modern development will provide a private bedroom and closet area with a shared bathroom and shower, with only one other participant.
Phase I Housing Floor Plan
The bedroom that shares a bathroom will house the selected truck partner who you will rotate your vehicle use with. While one participant is learning to operate with their new employer (Specialized Fleet Operations, LLC) the other shared truck partner will be in his education program as each team member rotates. This housing site is located directly adjacent to your new work location, walking distance, 50-yards away.
Phase I Site Layout
18-8 Bedroom Units
148 Program Occupant Capacity
As your assessment and training begins, you will visit your counselor to establish your Action Plan. Each individual assessment will be jointly approved by counselor and participant. We will provide all principals each person is expected to demonstrate in exchange for a long list of what you can count on from the program. We combine all aspects to deliver an amazing opportunity that will allow all participants to maintain accountability.
You must review and sign the Master Program Rules agreement.
You will have several days of orientation to learn all about what is available, how it works, and begin the intake process. You will have documentation provided and explained to you. Your counselor will provide you a copy of your personal credit and the entire program will learn where they are starting from and their importance in personal matters. You will learn where you are and how IMPACT’S life skills and financial management will develop and grow your new commitment to become the very best you!
You will meet your classroom support and tour your new facilities while reviewing your schedules. Our commitment to you must be returned by your sincere commitment to better yourself.

We expect each participant to become involved in our Faith Based journey. No matter what your religion is or your desired worship, we mandate you develop your spiritual compass. IMPACT is completely privately funded and created on our own foundation and Faith played the biggest role to IMPACT’S existence.
A person can accomplish riches or fame or any prestigious goal of desire, but without faith in God and an unwavering spiritual relationship, that person will never be fulfilled or grounded. Many people experience self-inflicted pain due to the lack of spiritual guidance. IMPACT wants to give you all the wonderful opportunities to grow.
Phase One is a six-month duration period.
Phase Two:
Time to move ahead! At this point participants are proving their desire to better themselves. Your new job has become familiar, you are accomplishing your objectives and the new you is starting to shine.
Phase Two requires you to move to new housing across the property to a private neighborhood with newly constructed duplexes. You will now have a three-bedroom home that approved occupants can be allowed to live in your housing. Each person must be pre-approved with your counselor and abide strictly by the guidelines and the Master Program Rules you agreed to as a condition to be accepted to IMPACT.
60 Duplexes = 120 Program Occupant Capacity
Phase Two continues your work and education balance while you prepare to transition outside of our platform into the world beyond. Our initial commitment prepares ALL participants being guaranteed a mortgage of their own, allowing approval for a home purchase.
The duration of Phase Two is also a six-month period. While building on the intense portion of the Phase One schedule, Phase Two is another transformative point to continue the initial practices and grow toward integrating and acting upon what you have learned. This is a time when you are balancing your work life with a new personal life. You are choosing a smart association of the right people in your life. Both Phases will offer different trips with peers to experience exciting things like snow skiing and winter activities, fishing trips, and other recreational ventures focused on team building and family. All participants will share the opportunity to learn how to serve others.
The Phase Two community is a pleasant neighborhood and park location in a separate area also opposite of the primary job location.
The Phase Two learning center is connected to an open recreational area where participants and their approved live-ins, along with visitors can enjoy. The rules of the IMPACT facility must be honored at all times.
At this point, the program understands who is sincere and committed. Every step you have taken will be reflected upon. Evaluations will constantly track expectations. All success constantly relies on each participants actions and conduct. Our program is engineered for success in every aspect. Open communication is always there 24/7. The true gift here, is each person benefits incredibly. Those who lack effort, disobey reasonable format, or break the programs conditions, will not advance to Phase Three. This will never come as a surprise because you can look on your device and always see your participation score. All success or failure will be up to each participant.
Phase Three:
After a solid year, many validations and data points are available to prove your hard work. In Phase Three you are ready to advance your independence. Your own guided development has earned your fresh start. By this point you and your counselor are reflecting on your Life Plan and you have selected your new home to purchase. Your effort and The Impact Program have qualified you for this. You have contractually pledged yourself to continue to remain in our after care, an extension of skilled training and support programs. Your future looks very bright. You have earned and saved. Your Life Plan has you on track and all IMPACT’S resources remain available to you and your family. We hope you have made some great connections in our organization.
Phase Three goals become your final objective that were established during your first days of this program. You will have the ability to transfer (if approved by parole) wherever the next successful steps guide you.
IMPACT has successfully given you the ability to earn a strong income, your finances are good, your personal credit is exactly where it should be, your attitude and behavior, and self-worth are evidence your life is on track.
